£1.3 million project commences in Swadlincote for Mallard Homes

Front Row have commenced works on the Eureka Lodge site in Swadlincote, Derbyshire.

The development will consist of 13 new build bungalows for developers Mallard Homes, we are busy currently pouring foundations and are aiming for completion in May 2019.

The scheme is registered under the LABC warranty scheme, of which front row are a registered builder.
