An exciting project located on a prestigious private road in Lincolnshire, This project saw a rennovation of a 1930’s house and remodelling and extension of if its interior and exterior.

Working Alongside Butcher Bayley Architects we were able to create a stunning space for the client to live in. Complete with an Air Source heat pump, underfloor heating and solar panels with battery storage.

Noteable features include the Dreadnought british arrowhead hand made hanging tiles, Green roofs, extensive fitted joinery project and new finishes throughout.
